Method

From the camera to the reject.

The station takes a live result to a disposition your operators can defend. We specify the hardware, program the panel, and stand the system up on your floor. MILO Inspector is the HMI software: pass, reject, or hold, with operator confirmation on borderline parts and an audit trail before the output. Emergency stop stays hardwired on the PLC.

The cycle

How a part is scored on the station.

  1. Live inputs

    Camera class and confidence, checkweigher, metal detector, leak tester, or PLC tags. That is station state on this cycle. Recalibrate the instrument; the system stays.

  2. Recommended disposition

    MILO Inspector turns those inputs into pass, reject, hold, or divert, with a reason on the HMI a person can read at the station. Confirm, then the actuator moves.

  3. Operator confirmation

    Clear pass and fail can run in automatic. If the move is costly or the part is borderline, the station waits for someone on your floor. Holds stay rare, because a person asked on every part stops looking.

  4. Audit trail before the output

    Who confirmed, what was recommended, and what moved, time-stamped, before the reject or hold. You can export that trail. 21 CFR Part 11 electronic records validation is planned with your quality team on the system when the room requires it.

What stays on the PLC

The safety circuit stays hardwired.

Emergency stop, light curtains, and interlocks stay on the PLC, independent of the HMI, in line with industrial machinery electrical practice such as NFPA 79. One operator confirmation is for that act. Overrides are logged so you can reconstruct the shift. The HMI is served over HTTPS. Fieldbus and plant protocol stay at the panel.

The path the part actually takes

Camera or instrument, lighting, frame, control panel, PLC, HMI with MILO Inspector, reject or hold path, and a log you can export. We run site acceptance on your floor with your operators.
