This Privacy Policy describes how JM Automated Solutions, LLC ("we," "us") handles information on jmautomated.com.

The short version

A form stores what you type so we can reply. That is the name, email, and the description of the line or the station.
Site measurement does not include your name. Our own analytics are cookieless. They record the page, not the words in a form.
Ad tags load only while a campaign is running. They learn that a visit or a form submission happened. They do not receive the name, email, or message.
We do not sell the information you send us.

1. What we collect

A. Website analytics

The site uses limited, cookieless first-party analytics to see which public pages are useful. A record can include the page, the referrer, the country, and the browser family. It does not include your name or email, and it is not used to sell data.

B. Ad measurement, only while we advertise

When an advertising campaign is running, the site may load measurement tags from the platforms we use, currently the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google measurement tags. These use cookies and similar technologies to tell the platform that a visit, a page view, or a contact-form submission happened. They receive standard web signals (pages viewed, approximate location from your IP, browser information) and, on a form, only the fact that a submission happened. When no campaign is configured, these tags do not load. You can limit this with your browser's tracking protections or, for Meta, through your Meta ad preferences.

C. Contact and assessment forms

If you use a form on jmautomated.com, we receive the name, email address, and project description you submit, plus a Cloudflare Turnstile token used only to filter bots. A feasibility study also includes the product, the defect, and any line conditions you choose to add. We store this so we can reply and assess that enquiry. It is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. You can email us to delete it.

2. How long we keep it

We keep a form submission so we can answer it and so we have a record of the enquiry. Email us and we delete it. Analytics records are kept for the life of the measurement store, up to about 90 days for the first-party log, and they do not include your name or email.

3. Who else sees it

Form contents go to JM Automated Solutions so we can reply. The host that serves the site sees the request as part of delivering the page. The ad platforms named above receive measurement signals only while a campaign is configured. We do not sell this information or share it with data brokers.

4. Your rights

Email sales@jmautomated.com to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of a form you sent. We answer within 30 days. We do not need a copy of a government ID for a site enquiry.

5. Children

This site is for plant and business enquiries. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. A parent who believes a child has sent personal information can email sales@jmautomated.com.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change.
