MILO Inspector is the HMI software on the system we ship. A camera, checkweigher, or metal detector presents a result. Clear pass and fail can run in automatic. Borderline or high-cost dispositions wait for your operator. The decision is written to the audit trail before the reject fires, so quality can reconstruct the shift.
Emergency stop, light curtains, and interlocks stay hardwired on the PLC, independent of the HMI, in line with industrial machinery electrical practice such as NFPA 79. A second system at the same plant, with less engineering time, is how we know the first one was built to be repeated.
