GetAdvice Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the GetAdvice iOS app ("GetAdvice"). By using GetAdvice you agree to these Terms.

Per Apple's App Store guidelines, the standard Apple End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

1. The app

GetAdvice gives you advice. The advice is generated by language models, and is informational only. GetAdvice is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You alone are responsible for what you decide to do.

2. Subscription (GetAdvice Pro)

• Product ID: com.milousa.app.pro.monthly
• Billing: Auto-renewing monthly subscription managed by Apple. Your iTunes account is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscription auto-renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage / Cancel: in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. GetAdvice cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf.
• No partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period (except where required by law).

3. Acceptable use

Don't use GetAdvice to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Reverse-engineer the app or the backend.
• Probe or attack the cloud Worker (milo-lite.workers.dev).

We reserve the right to throttle or block requests that look automated or abusive.

4. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. Short version: free tier is on-device; we don't track you; we don't sell data.

5. Disclaimers

GetAdvice is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the advice is correct, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GetAdvice's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid GetAdvice in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Effective" date at the top will change. Continued use after the new Effective date means you accept the change.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JM Automated Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
