These Terms govern your use of products and sites operated by JM Automated Solutions LLC ("we," "us"), including jmautomated.com, MILO AI Worker, and the GetAdvice iOS app. By using these products you agree to these Terms.

For the GetAdvice iOS app, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internetservices/itunes/dev/stdeula.

1. Our products

MILO AI Worker answers a business phone line, books consultations, and emails summaries under your configuration. GetAdvice provides AI-generated advice that is informational only. Neither product is medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You alone are responsible for what you decide to do with the output.

2. Subscriptions

MILO AI Worker (web): monthly prepaid subscription. Each successful checkout payment (PayPal, Apple Pay, or card via PayPal) grants one billing period of access (default 30 days). Access continues through the paid period. Renewal is by paying again at checkout — it is not an auto-renewing PayPal Billing Plan unless we later enable that and tell you. Pilot / promo codes (for example a founding pilot offer) may grant a free trial period with no charge; if you cancel during the trial you are not billed. Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support; we stop access after the current period ends (or sooner on refund or trial cancel). Refunds: see Refund & delivery policy.

GetAdvice Pro (iOS):

Product ID: com.getadvice.pro.monthly
Billing: Autorenewing monthly subscription managed by Apple. Your iTunes account is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscription autorenews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage / Cancel: in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.
No partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period (except where required by law).

3. Acceptable use

Don't use our products to:

Generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
Reverseengineer the app, Worker, or backend.
Probe or attack our backend services.

We reserve the right to throttle or block requests that look automated or abusive.

4. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. Short version: we don't sell your data; website analytics are limited; Worker SMS is opt-in on a call.

5. Disclaimers

Our products are provided "as is." We make no warranty that AI output is correct, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Effective" date at the top will change. Continued use after the new Effective date means you accept the change.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflictoflaws principles.

9. MILO AI Worker SMS

If you receive an appointment confirmation text after booking on a MILO AI Worker call, messaging is transactional only and requires your verbal consent on that call.
