These Terms govern your use of jmautomated.com, operated by JM Automated Solutions, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. The site

The site describes commissioned stations and how to request a vision assessment. A page is not a quote and not a contract. Work starts when both sides accept a written proposal.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send unlawful or infringing material, to submit someone else's information without permission, or to probe or attack the site. We may throttle or block requests that look automated or abusive.

3. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. We do not sell the information you send in a form.

4. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." A page describes typical station work. It is not a warranty that a camera can catch a particular defect. That conclusion is the written assessment. To the maximum extent allowed by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after the new effective date means you accept the change.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
