Vision assessment

Tell us what you make, and what you need to catch.

In your own words is enough: “wrong label after changeover”, “date code rubbing off”, “missing caps”. Leave the engineering blanks empty. We will ask. Nothing is sent until you press the button. Photos and drawings help. This form cannot take files. After we have the note, we send a private link for photos, drawings, and pictures of the defect.

1 · Product and problem

What you make, and what to catch.

Required. Describe the defect as you would to a new inspector: what it looks like, how often it shows up, how it is found today, and what it costs when a customer gets it.

Sizes in millimeters help if you know them.

2 · Line conditions

What the station has to live with.

Optional, except where the line is. These details decide the lighting, the trigger, and how the station talks to the PLC. Fill in what you know.

3 · Contact

How to reach you.

Required. Your details go only to JM Automated Solutions, so we can assess this enquiry.

Preferred contact

Sending this does not commit you to a station. We read it and reply with questions or a time to talk. No automated follow-up.

What happens next

A written conclusion before any proposal.

  1. We read what you wrote

You get a reply with questions or a time to talk. No automated follow-up.

  2. We agree on a sample check

If a camera can see the defect, we agree which good parts and bad parts to send, how many, and how they reach us. If parts cannot leave the plant, the check is a visit.

  3. You get the conclusion in writing

Example images, what was visible, and what was not. That note comes before a proposal or a price.

Good to know

No commitment

Sending this form does not commit you to a station, a dry run, or a purchase order.

Your details

The note is used to assess this enquiry and reply to you. The privacy notice says what we keep.

A straight answer

If a camera is the wrong tool, for example a leak or a defect inside the part, we say so.

Prefer to talk first?

Call or email a short description, and a photo of the defect if you have one. We will say whether a full assessment makes sense.
