Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Five tools run on this site by default: Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics for analytics, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel (with Meta’s Conversions API on our server) for advertising. They send details about your visit, such as the pages you view, cookie IDs, your browser and device, and your IP address, to Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn and Meta. Our server also sends Meta your IP address, browser user agent and Meta cookie IDs (_fbp, _fbc and a hash of _fbp) with page views and other events, and when you send a form, your email, first name, last name and phone, each converted to a SHA-256 hash. You can opt out here at any time.

What opting out does

  • All five tools stop on the current page, and our server stops sending their code to this browser on later pages.
  • Our server stops sending your visits and form submissions to Meta’s Conversions API, and stops keeping first-party analytics records of your visits.
  • The cookies these tools set on this site are deleted (_clck, _clsk, _ga, _gcl_au, li_fat_id, _fbp and _fbc).
  • The site shows “Opt-Out Request Honored”, and the list above shows each tool as off.
  • We save your choice for 12 months in a jm_consent cookie and in your browser’s local storage. If you clear them or use another browser or device, make the choice again there.

Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, keeps counting visits for everyone. Your forms still reach us, because that is how we reply.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a setting in some browsers and extensions that tells websites you do not want your information sold or shared. When your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out: our server sends the page without the code for all five tools, so none of them load, and our server does not send your activity to Meta. The site shows “Opt-Out Request Honored”. You do not need to do anything else. If GPC conflicts with a choice you made earlier, we follow GPC.

To turn off only Analytics or only Advertising, or to turn the tools back on, open the cookie settings.

Other ways to opt out

You, or an agent you authorize, can also opt out by emailing sales@jmautomated.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. We do not ask you to create an account to opt out. For the rest of your privacy rights, see our Privacy Policy.
