JM Automated Solutions is a machine vision integrator based in Carlsbad, California. We design, build and support camera inspection and code-reading stations at plants across North County San Diego, San Diego County and Southern California.
We come to your plant. Every project starts with an assessment and a written, fixed quote.
JM Automated Solutions is a Carlsbad-based integrator that builds machine vision inspection and code-reading stations for food, beverage, packaging, pharmaceutical, supplement and medical device lines. A station checks every pack at line speed for a wrong label, an unreadable date or lot code, a missing cap or seal, or a short fill, rejects the bad one through your PLC, and saves the image with the reason. We work on new stations and on the cameras already on your line.

Send the line, the product and the fault you need to catch. A 20-minute call follows, and the first look is remote.
Good and bad product, imaged under the lighting and optics the station would use. You get test images and a written answer.
The scope, the hardware, the build time and the days we need on your line, before any work starts.
The station is built and tested on your samples before it goes near the line.
We install in your shutdown window. The station first runs with the reject turned off, so your team can review its decisions.
