The system
You get one commissioned station: the hardware, MILO Inspector on the HMI, your operators on costly calls, and emergency stop on your PLC. One integrator from specification through site acceptance, including FDA-regulated food, drug, and device rooms.
What you get

Operators see pass, reject, or hold, and the reason, at the HMI. Clear calls can run in automatic. Borderline or high-cost dispositions wait for confirmation. Quality gets an audit trail before the reject fires, ready for 21 CFR Part 11 work when the room requires it.
Light curtains, interlocks, and emergency stop stay hardwired on the panel. The HMI path and the safety circuit remain separate, in line with industrial machinery electrical practice such as NFPA 79.
Someone on your floor confirms at the HMI. Every override is in the shift log: who confirmed, what moved, and when. That is the record quality asks for after a hold or a fail.
On the floor
When a hardware sales desk has a plant that needs a working station, that introduction is welcome. They keep the camera or robot PO. We specify the remaining hardware, build the panel, program the HMI, and commission the system so the sale is a station that runs, not a camera on a table.
What ships with the system
I/O list, electrical drawings, and HMI screens. You accept the system on our floor or yours before it ships. The package is written so your quality team can take it into FSMA, 21 CFR Part 11, or QMSR validation on that station.
Site acceptance with your operators at the HMI. Recommended spare parts list. After sign-off we stay on recipe changes, parts, operator refresh, and log export.
A second purchase order at the same plant or a sister plant, with fewer engineering hours, is the test that the first system was built to be repeated.
