Not sure what's wrong or what it'll cost?

Start with a fixed-fee assessment. You get a written answer, a fix list and a budget range. If you go ahead with the build within 90 days, the fee comes off the build.

Who it is for

Sound familiar?

If this is you

The line runs, but rejects good product

False rejects, missed defects, or operators who have stopped trusting the camera.

If this is you

Nobody can open the old program

The integrator is gone. Nobody knows which software, which license, or which laptop has the last copy.

If this is you

You have a project but no number

You need a budget before capex, or you need to know if a camera can even see the fault on your parts.

What you get

Four assessments. Each ends in a written report.

Every report is vendor-neutral: it names the fix that fits your line, whoever makes the parts. It gives recommendations and is designed to support your validation, not to replace it. Not included: safety and risk assessments, arc-flash studies and repairs.

Quick assessment

Scope
One machine or one panel.
On site
Half a day.
You get
A program backup, a list of obsolete and hard-to-get parts, and a budget range for the migration.

Vision false-reject audit

Scope
One inspection station.
On site
One day capturing images and reject data, then one day of analysis.
You get
A report with a ranked fix list: lighting, trigger, encoder tracking and PLC timing.

Feasibility study

Scope
One application.
Where
On our bench, with your sample parts.
You get
Test images, a written yes or no, a concept and a budget quote.

Line or legacy assessment

Scope
Up to five panels or machines.
On site
Two days.
You get
A migration roadmap: lifecycle status of every catalog number, spares and license risk, and backups of every program we can reach.

How it works

From first message to finished build.

01

Tell us about the system

Five minutes: the machine, what controls it, and what keeps going wrong. Photos of the panel and nameplates help.

02

A 20-minute call

We ask the questions that change the price: program files, I/O count, networks, shutdown windows.

03

A written quote within 2 business days

Fixed fee, written scope, and what is not included. No open-ended hourly work.

04

Assessment invoice, then the visit

You pay the assessment. We do the work on site or on the bench and send a written report.

05

Build quote with the fee credited

If you go ahead with the build, the assessment fee comes off the build quote.

The assessment is the first step for every build. Have ready: access to the machine, any program files or backups you have, sample parts, and reject data if you keep it. The feasibility study runs on our bench with parts you ship; the other assessments need time on site. The full fee comes off the build quote if you sign the build within 90 days of the report.
